Officers said they about 3,675 cannabis plants “with an estimated street value of $927,540.” The accused, who are all from Ontario, are a 31-year-old male from Scarborough, a 27-year-old male from Toronto, a 23-year-old male from Markham and a 35-year-old male from Toronto.
