According to WPLG Local 10, Jaaziel Hector Santana was arrested after deputies with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office activated lights and sirens for an intended vehicle stop, noting that the licence plate was somehow obstructed, at about 1 a.m.

Upon seeing the police patrol vehicle, though, the driver sped away.
