Help Support Michigan Bills HB 5058, HB 5059, HB 5060, HB 5061 US Hemp Roundtable New Bills in HI & KS, and Bills Moving in MI Two new bills caught our attention this week—one good and one very, very bad. HB 5059 removes the requirement that a hemp grower be licensed as a hemp or marijuana processor to sell finished hemp products. Food grade liquid carbon dioxide has many important uses, including hemp carbon sequestration, hemp soil remediation, hemp building material, hemp wellness, the farming of crops to support food security, and the creation of other agricultural products.
