Then I started tripping really, really heavily. Author of Less Than Zero and American Psycho, Bret Easton Ellis spoke with Toby Rogers for the August, 1999 issue of High Times. From ’82-’85, I don’t think I saw a single condom on campus. Since so many people I know, including myself, casually smoke pot, I really don’t notice it. About half of the reviews were very negative and harsh, with a lot of suspicion about where this Bret Easton Ellis guy was coming from.
