A juvenile was arrested after deputies with the Parke County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) in Indiana witnessed the youthful driver pitching a bag out the window as it was making a turn. The bag was eventually recovered and a check revealed it contained both a loaded handgun and marijuana. A subsequent offence could up maximum incarceration to 2.5 years and ratchet up the top fine to $12,500. A 29-year-old man in Nashville recently found this out when he dropped a gun and a backpack full of cannabis while fleeing the scene.
