Cannabis indica

Cannabis indica is a putative species of the cannabis genus. It is often differentiated from it’s cousin, cannabis-sativa. First documented in 1785 by Jean-Baptiste Lamarck, it is known for its dense branches which are short and conical. Cannabis indica landraces tend to have higher cbd content than other members of its genus. Known for producing more of a “stoned” feeling than a “high,” the strain has less thc than it’s cousins.
