Those in possession of more than 200 grams of cannabis will, by law, be presumed to be trafficking or smuggling. That said, s number of the students are helping police officers with their investigation, Fakhrudin said. Local police chief Mohamad Fakhrudin Abdul Hamid announced the arrests at a press conference on Tuesday, telling reporters the students attended four different private colleges in Petaling Jaya, where they are alleged to have supplied weed to fellow students.
