On October 13, during a regularly scheduled meeting, the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board took the following action: Proposed rules filed–Public comment period now open: Approved a rule proposal (CR 102) regarding evaluation of THC compounds. The proposed rules create a new rule section that would allow the WSLCB to evaluate additives, solvents, ingredients or compounds used in the production of marijuana products.
