According to TMZ, the longboarder gone viral was arrested following a traffic stop by a trooper with the Idaho State Police (ISP). The driver was reportedly asked to get out of the truck and, at some point, admitted there was some weed inside. Nonetheless, Apodaca, who goes by Doggface on social media, faces two misdemeanour offences for possession of pot and drug paraphernalia. He argues he has no felony and, when that was discovered, was able to pay his bond and vacate custody. Idaho, Kansas and Nebraska are the only U.S. states that have not implemented any kind of public-use marijuana program, per The Associated Press.
